Middle Leaders Program


This program is aimed at middle leaders new to a leadership role at their school. It aims to assist new leaders to better understand contemporary models of Gospel leadership that are inclusive, flexible and responsive. The program aims to strengthen middle leaders’ capacity to understand themselves, lead others, initiate holistic change, build relational trust and engage in challenging conversation that privilege the dignity of the human person.

The program is open to middle leaders, e.g. leaders of subject areas, students, staff and projects.




Learning Goals include:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Christ-centred leadership 
  • Synthesise effective strategies that empower leaders to energise others with special regard for the dignity of the human person
  • Lead high performing teams in an inclusive manner recognising the benefits of shared leadership and the giftedness of team members


Prerequisites: Teaching in a Catholic School in WA and Principal endorsement


Duration: 5 days

Course dates:

  • Cohort 1: 25 Feb, 24 Mar, 27 May, 17 Aug, 17 Nov
  • Cohort 2: 27 Feb, 26 Mar, 29 May, 18 Aug, 18 Nov

Cost: $1000
