Established Leaders Program


This program is aimed at experienced middle and senior leaders. The program focuses on developing contemporary models of Gospel leadership that prioritise the giftedness of each person, positive pastoral relationships, confidentiality and personal accountability. As part of this program, participants will undertake the University of Notre Dame Course, Theories and Models of Leadership for Catholic Schools at a Master of Education level.




Learning Goals include:

  • Undertake a comparative analysis of personal leadership and lived Gospel values
  • Use tools and techniques used to acknowledge the giftedness of each person and methods to build positive relationships with others
  • Synthesise leadership strengths and weaknesses and create a plan to further develop Gospel inspired leadership


Target Audience: Experienced Middle and Senior Leaders

Prerequisites: Experienced middle leaders teaching in the CEWA system and Principal endorsement.


Duration: 6 days

Course dates: 20 Feb, 3 Apr, 8 Jun, 13 Jul, 16 Oct, 26 Nov

Cost: $1000

Masters Credit: Yes
